Signor Sassi is proud to host an exclusive culinary collaboration with Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection, Florence, bringing the flavors of La Gamella, the resort’s signature restaurant, to Dubai under the guidance of acclaimed Executive Chef Nicola Zamperetti.
From 15th to 17th January, from 6 PM daily, Chef Zamperetti will present a special menu featuring seasonal ingredients, handmade pastas, and carefully selected meats and seafood, bringing the flavors of Florence to Dubai.
